KRISTI L. KAUTZ
 Overview
Kristi Kautz is a 2004 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a 2007 graduate of Baylor Law School. While in law school, she focused on developing her skills in the courtroom as a litigator and her skills in the office as an advisor and counselor to her clients. While in law school, she was recognized for excellence in both aspects; winning school wide awards for advocacy and achieving national recognition for excellence in client counseling. Since beginning her law career in 2007, Kristi has focused on helping clients understand and manage the legal system and attain the best possible solution.
Representative Experience
- Second chair a jury trial in federal court on an uninsured motorist claim which resulted in a finding of no liability for the client
- Obtained a Non-Suit of all claims (DTPA) against an insured corporation
- Successfully handled numerous family matters ranging from uncontested divorces to highly contested custody disputes
